Our wines and ciders (certified organic) are vinified by Christian Barthomeuf, co-owner of Clos Saragnat with Louise Dupuis. In 1989, Christian created Quebec's first ice wine and in the same year created the first ice cider in the world. Several awards have highlighted this contribution in the Canadian agri-food industry. Our first passerillage trials began in 2000. The straw wines that resulted are an example of adaptation to climate change
Glengarry Fine Cheese is located in Eastern Ontario just north of the village of Lancaster. We specialize in Fine Artisan style cheese from our neighbours Brown Swiss cow herd. We manufacture our cheese on location, to exacting standards of care. This results in delicious, fine cheese that is unlike anything you've ever tasted! Boston Post Dairy is a family goat farm, making award winning goat and cow's milk cheese, goat milk soap, and Vermont maple syrup and specialty maple products. The on-farm store front is open year round. Robert and Gisele Gervais, along with their fifteen children, have been farming since 1960. They bought the Boston Post Dairy with their four daughters in 2007, and added a creamery with viewing windows to allow visitors to watch the cheese making process, as well as a small retail store where they sell cheeses, goat milk soaps, maple syrup, and bakery items all made at the farm. The Missisquoi Valley Rail Trail runs right behind the farm and visitors are welcome to walk, jog, or bike along the path. Sampsonville Road is on Route 105. They are approximately 3 miles East of the Enosburg Village headed towards Richford. The farm is located across from the Boston Post Road iron bridge, just before The Dairy Center.

They have been operating for the past 16 years in Chittenden County and in that time frame have developed into one of the largest certified organic berry farms in Vermont.
