Shelburne Farms is an education nonprofit on a mission to inspire and cultivate learning for a sustainable future through its programs, place, and products. It offers transformative learning experiences to help educators, students, and visitors create a more thriving world. Shelburne Farms’ historic campus along the shores of Lake Champlain is a 1,400-acre diversified working farm located on the unceded, traditional, and contemporary homelands of the Winooskik band of the Abenaki. Day visits are currently free of charge (donations encouraged), and from mid-May to mid-October.
Welcome to the Avonmore Berry Farm We produce 20 acres of the best tasting strawberries you’ll find anywhere! Located one mile north of Avonmore on the corner of County Road 15 and Fourth Road. The garden has been expanding over the past few years. Our season begins in June with Strawberries, Raspberries follow in mid July along with 20 different varieties of vegetables, Apples and Pumpkins complete our season in the fall.
Chazy Orchards is the largest McIntosh apple orchard in Northern New York. Stop by and visit our farm market, bakery and gift shop, open September to December.
Adam’s Berry Farm is a community-oriented farm that grows delicious certified organic strawberries, blueberries and raspberries. The farm’s goal is to create community through food and berries. They have been operating for the past 16 years in Chittenden County and in that time frame have developed into one of the largest certified organic berry farms in Vermont. Enjoy pick your own berries during the season (check the website for what's available) and a farmstand stocked with fresh berries as well as popsicles, sorbets, and jams. Pumpkin picking happens in October.

All of our products are made with fresh milk from our heritage-breed cows, and other ingredients feature cultures, local herbs, maple syrup, and organic extracts--no added colors or stabilizers. You can buy our dairy products, ready-made goods, ice cream, local produce, and more, at your convenience at our self-serve Clover Mead Farm Store.

Asgaard was once the home of well-known artist, writer, adventurer and political activist Rockwell Kent. Today it is a diversified family farm with a goat dairy and creamery at its core, where award-winning farmstead cheeses have been made since 2008. Complementing Asgaard’s goat husbandry are grass-fed and grass-finished beef together with pastured pork, poultry and eggs. These products plus other local foods and goods may be purchased at the farm store Thursday and Friday 2pm to 6pm and Saturday 10am to 2pm.
