Snow Farm Vineyard began as a dream on the West Shore of South Hero, Vermont. In an effort to preserve Vermont's agricultural land in the face of rapid development by providing an alternative for farmers, grapes were planted in the fields. The microclimate of the Champlain Islands, permits the growth of cooler climate, vinifera grapes like Riesling. In addition to cold hardy french hybrid varieties like, Vidal Blanc, Seyval Blanc, Leon Millot and Baco Noir. Snow Farm also produces an ice wine, a product that cannot be made in many other places around the world. Snow Farm Vineyard is Vermont’s first commercial vineyard & winery producing craft wines from the heart of the Champlain Islands since 1997. The Snow Farm Inn is the historic 1820s farmhouse by the lake. There are gardens with historic Harry Barber stone castles, wedding ceremony locations and vineyard views in the field across the road.

Located in the Pontiac, an hour’s drive from Gatineau–Ottawa, Little Red Wagon Winery offers four wines made from northern grape varieties, grown on site and also our 2 "Piquettes" ! You are invited to discover the winery and taste its products as well as small plates to compliment the wine. You can also enjoy the works of local artists displayed in the reception room, which accommodates up to 75 guests. Asgaard was once the home of well-known artist, writer, adventurer and political activist Rockwell Kent. Today it is a diversified family farm with a goat dairy and creamery at its core, where award-winning farmstead cheeses have been made since 2008. Complementing Asgaard’s goat husbandry are grass-fed and grass-finished beef together with pastured pork, poultry and eggs. Our wines and ciders (certified organic) are vinified by Christian Barthomeuf, co-owner of Clos Saragnat with Louise Dupuis. In 1989, Christian created Quebec's first ice wine and in the same year created the first ice cider in the world. Several awards have highlighted this contribution in the Canadian agri-food industry. Our first passerillage trials began in 2000. The straw wines that resulted are an example of adaptation to climate change
