Our wines and ciders (certified organic) are vinified by Christian Barthomeuf, co-owner of Clos Saragnat with Louise Dupuis. In 1989, Christian created Quebec's first ice wine and in the same year created the first ice cider in the world. Several awards have highlighted this contribution in the Canadian agri-food industry. Our first passerillage trials began in 2000. The straw wines that resulted are an example of adaptation to climate change

The monks of the Saint-Benoit-du-Lac abbey have been making cheeses since 1943. With audacity, they were able to create a first blue cheese named “Ermite”. Over time, their know-how has enabled them to develop a dozen cheeses. Made from whole milk, without modified milk ingredients, their method allows them to produce lactose-free cheese. They are also nut-free and gluten-free. Many prizes have been awarded. In 2021, no less than 4 cheeses received an award at various international competitions. In 2019, the Fontina cheese won a "Caseus" prize in Quebec. At the 2016-2017 World Cheese Awards, the smoked blue cheese was awarded a bronze medal. At the 2015 and 2017 British Empire Show, Frère Jacques cheese received second prize. Find them all.

The building houses a tea room and a gift shop, as well as a wide range of ciders to enjoy on the premises or to take home.

As pioneers of the Vermont wine industry, founded in 1998, Shelburne Vineyard now harvests almost 17 acres of grapes annually from three vineyard sites in Shelburne and Charlotte. With a focus on cold climate grapes, Shelburne Vineyard has created a full palate of red, white and rosé wines. In addition, their location along the shores of Lake Champlain allows for cultivating a small planting of more tender varieties including Riesling and Vidal Blanc. With experience comes knowledge that has given Shelburne Vineyard the confidence to also explore some more esoteric realms of winemaking, giving birth to the line of Iapetus wines launched in 2017, crafted with minimal intervention and native yeasts to reflect the land and environment of the farm.
